  Every spring the little ones want to help gardening. This set is perfect for keeping them entertained and is very well made. It is very good quality for what the little ones work. I like that there is a storage option for the tools and gloves and all matches in color. I feel the tools are durable and well made.

  I love this. We have had lots of fun in the garden/allotment/sand pit with his set. We used the dibber to plant onions and the two pots to begin sunflowers. The tools are pretty sturdy and I have even used the trowel on occasion to do a spot of weeding. Can't fault it.

  Our grandchildren have been using this "Bigjigs" gardening set quite extensively over the last few weeks, and they have been having a lot of fun tidying up some borders, and creating their own mini herb gardens. The overall quality is really good, each item is perfectly designed for small hands, with smooth wooden handles for each of the tools, and a pair of gardening gloves included for further protection.The Trowel, Fork, and Rake are just beginning to show a little wear and tear (mainly on the green paint finish), but these are gardening tools for children, so that is only to be expected after several weeks of use. The gardening set also appears to be good value for money, especially considering the durability and longevity of the tools, and of course, the nicely decorated wooden caddy for storage.

  I almost bought my daughter a near exact same set from our local garden centre two weeks ago…. But I’m glad I didn’t.This set might seem pricey at just over £30 but the quality of what you get is outstanding!All make of wood and metal (and fabric for the gloves) this is a beautiful, fun and practical set!It ha so the wooden caddy, mini rake, spade and fork (which are also at adult sized and perfectly useable), a dibbler tool (my husband told me what it was- it makes holes for your seeds and measures the depth), a wooden ruler, gloves and some compostible pots.It is for a keen gardening child for sure (or one like mine who wants to copy/help in the garden)The gloves are too big for my daughter, probably more suited for a 5-6 year old- but don’t quote me in that as my 3YO is tiny!I’m so pleased with this set- the tools are such amazing quality I might even use them myself! Highly recommended for any young gardener.

  This is a really nice little gardening set, with a cute design. My little ones are excited to give these a try up at the allotment with us. The caddy is well made and the tools seem to be pretty sturdy for little hands, and a good selection of tools and planting accessories. The caddy and tools is fairly light for me, and not too heavy for my 5yo to carry. There are 3 elastic loops to secure the tools but these are a little fiddly and probably not really necessary. The tools do all fit in the caddy but don’t pay flat due to a little wooden partition.
