About

The BetterBind COIL-IT Coil Binding Machine offers manual punching and electric coil inserting in one compact unit. Featuring a rugged steel construction, the COIL-IT punches a 4:1 round hole pattern (with 46 disengage-able pins) for easy coil insertion. The COIL-IT punches up to 20 sheets of 20lb bond paper (or equivalent) at a time, and allows you to electrically 'spin insert' your plastic coils through these same holes up to 12 '' in length and up to 7/8" (or approximately 190 sheets in thickness). Larger coil up to 2'' in diameter will need to be inserted by hand. The COIL-IT also includes a foot-pedal to start and stop the coil spinner.       Spiral Hard.

      You have to put the spiral in a couple holes first. Then use the machine. But then you could just do it yourself. I don’t like that you have to spiral it yourself. I’m thankful thou.

      BUY THIS ONE!

      I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE FOOT SWITCH. THEIR RESPONSE WAS 5 STAR BUT I WOULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS IF I COULD. SUPER FAST RESPONSE FOR INITIAL AND SECONDARY CONTACT. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY EXPECTATION I HAD! MY CONCERNS WERE NOT ONLY RESOLVED BUT THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP ME FINISH A JOB WITH A DEADLINE.I'M IN THE PRINTING BUSINESS AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM WITHOUT ANY RESERVATIONS.

      Great product and customer service!

      Product is sturdy and works great! I have done more than a dozen projects so far with ease. The adaptor cord was damaged during transport. I contacted the company directly and was immediately sent out a new one. Fantastic customer service!

      WILL NOT PUNCH A STRAIGHT LINE

      This machine will not punch holes in a straight line. I ordered one machine and it did not punch a straight line. I ordered it again to see if it was just that particular machine and nope! Same problem. The second one I ordered was worse in terms of poor manufacturing. No quality control for these machines. Both are returned.
