      Cheap feeling but cuts well

      The best test for me to see if these are quality is doing around my own ears. The hair overgrows there and the blades have to be fast enough to prevent it from being pushed out of the way and miss cutting. These did about as good as my STEEL SERIES Wahls plugged in. As for my dog's paw pads, I still need a lot of practice. I couldn't take her to the groomer for a long time since she had pins in her leg from a break. So didn't want the groomer having to deal with that, I've been cut on those pins a few times. LUCKILY my Shepherd/Lab mix a great girl and didn't mind the trimming even if I was terrible at it.One huge bit of praise I can give this thing is that the noise is not only low (you know it's on) but the vibration is also low. See the problem is, I have a nail grinder that claims to be Low Noise, which to its credit it totally is, BUT you need quite the firm grip on it since it shakes around a lot in your hand. This has struck quite the happy median. A nice hum to it with the vibration of a cellphone's notification.As for cons, there's a few. This feels its price point, yet the accessories do not, those feel pretty nice. THOUGH, the comb does seem like it's PLATED in Zinc or Nickel. But the scissors don't seem plated and seem like genuine less rust prone steel. Another con to this is its size. It's not thick enough to fit comfortably in your hand and not thin enough to hold either. It's in an awkward middle ground. Hard to explain. Like you look at a Wahl's clipper (I cut my own hair) and that thing is empty space inside, practically; but is chunky for ergonomics.One unusual but VERY NEAT feature of this is a REMOVABLE LITHIUM BATTERY, standard 18650 cell with the nub on one end (like on a AA) and a flat side on the other. Which ironically are harder to find than the flat both ends. BUT that means less e-waste since when the battery dies, doesn't mean the clippers die.Conclusion:At this price point I think these are great. Great for when you can't make it to a groomer or if you're in my situation and you need to trim an area back due to injuries and again, going to a groomer is annoying at the time. You can take care of it at home.

      Amazing

      Had to shave my dog because of a skin issue. Did not want to take him to the groomers because it’s so stinking expensive. I bought the shavers, and I hope to be able to do it myself. They are extremely quiet and they work wonders. I have a dog that is scared of everything so I was worried he’d be scared of the noise that they made. The night before I shaved him; I just let him listen to that sound it made for about 10 minutes. The next day I laid him on the ground, shaved one side well my father petted his head, then turned him over and shave the other side. He looks good for his first time getting shaved. I posted a before and after picture above.

      Right tool for the right job

      This groomer worked just fine for my golden doodle. My doodle hadnt had a cut in about 3 months so she was in need of one. Bad. I used this groomer in several size incraments working my from largest to smallest. In the end i still needed to get her to a pro groomer for touch ups cause she had matted a bit mire than i expected. This cutter im happy with cause it'll enable me to keep up on her grooming as a maintenance tool as opposed a one time every 3 months cut. The battery lasted well over an hour an the cordless cutter is easy to hold an maneuver.

      Great product for the price

      Awesome trimmer that happens to be cordless. The digital information screen and multiple speeds are great features. I groomed my 3 dogs that had not been groomed in a year and i must say the clippers leave a fresh cut comparable to what the groomers did in the past. ( short hair chihuahua, rat terrier, and a pekingese mix.) The blade (oiled according to instructions) cut easily with no snag. Started full charge, Total groom time was about an hour and a half and battery was at 60%. I recommend watching a youtube grooming video to get the idea of how to trim and move slowly but methodically.

      Buy this one

      I was used to the big set of clippers with the cord, these were very bulky and not easy to use, then I bought this set, what a difference. I have 4 Brussel Griffons, and have used it on 2 of them so far and love it. The battery lasts at least to 50% for one of them, and I am guessing once I get used to it, the battery will last longer. It has 3 speed settings, and is super easy to use. Highly recommending it
