  This product came on time, originally I got this vitamins from a surgeons office to try, and even by taking half of the recommended dosage i saw it’s stopping my hair from falling out, and I could see a little hair coming back, so I ordered second one from here, and I am happy with it. My hair is not falling out at all, and I do see new growth, however some area of my head which i lost the hair long time ago there is no added hair growing to it, just the one that i recently lost, and yet still I’m happy just not having my hair falling out.

  I'm 63 yrs and I have Fibromyalgia. This is by far the best vitamin supplement I have ever used. My fingernails have grown at fast rate and the thickness is the best. They don't break. I actually had to clip them back. My energy has increased I have lost a lot of weight and my beautiful long hair was so thin, I lost half my hair and now it's thick and shiny. My skin is more supple. I've only used one bottle. I can't say enough about this product. I wonder what will happen after bottle number 2.

  I used this product to improve gait growth and texture. Friends have had great results so I wanted to try it for myself. So far I see a difference in fullness of my hair. I've only taken for two months so far so area of thinning I'm still hopeful for but may take longer to year results in that one area. I will post again in a month or two . Ultimately I'm going to give the recommendation of 6 months a try to be fair. I must say that overall if I have to take pills these have been most helpful in energy levels and regularly regularity. So it has other benefits as well. What I don't like is having to take 4 pills. At this price point the recommended dosage should be contained in one pill!

  Capsules are large, so taking 4 at a time requires single gulps of water. The first few days I took the 4 capsules over several hours with food because all 4 at once caused slight nausea. I'm on month #3 & my hair stylist sees some growth of baby hairs. I'm also experiencing some itching & several scattered small bumps on my scalp. I remain encouraged, as I do see results & other hair growing treatments in the past have not been successful. I will continue through the 9 recommended months of treatment.

  Hate to say it, but it works. Expensive as heck, but it works. As long as you use it of course. I could see my hair getting ticker and most of all the shedding was minimal. Had some issues in my life and stopped taking the pills. A month later, the amount of hair that I started loosing was scary. So now I am back on it, no matter how expensive it is. BTW, once you are happy with how your hair looks, you can maintain it with just 2 pills a day, I rarely took the 4 pills as recommended.
