  The mic sound is really good and it's basically plug-n-play.The one thing I don't care for is monitoring. I'm a streamer and like to have the ability to hear myself in my headset when I talk into the mic. The only way you get real live monitoring is if you plug your headset into the back of the mic.You can monitor your mic if you select it on your Windows Audio setup but because the audio has to be processed by the pc first, monitoring this way the audio has a delay which throws you off when you talk. The same holds true if you monitor using OBS. The only way to not have a delay is plugging your headset directly into the mic. Issue with that is if you have 7.1 surround sound headset, that feature will NOT work if plugged into mic.

  5.0 out of 5 stars Crisp sound and easy control

  I had this on my wishlist and finally caved and bought it. I wanted a better quality mic for streaming without breaking the bank. I have it mounted on a mic boom instead of the stand it comes with and I've had good luck with it. The sound isn't top of the line, but is incredibly good for the price. A large step above the $30 mics. You have easy access to the gain dial and perhaps my favorite feature is the mute feature. The mic is lit-up when on and active, but if you tap the end it mutes and turns off the light to show you it's off. Makes it easy when I need to mute when chatting with friends. You don't need to tap it hard either so it shouldn't pick up the sound, at least that's my experience.

  5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic Mic for streaming AND meetings

  So yes, I tested this both as a streaming device AND for my meetings. In both instances, everybody told me that it sounded like I was in the room with them (Even without them using fancy speakers)As you can see I put a pop filter on it and stuck it on a boom stand. It brings an internal pop filter but better safe than sorry! I absolutely love the 1 touch for the mute, during meetings I no longer have to click mute on my Zoom or Google Meet calls, I just tap the top of mic and boom, done!The sound truly comes through incredibly well and the color is fantastic (If you are all about RGB and MUST have RGB then go for the Quadcast S, if you could care less then get this as they are literally the same mic but without RGB, This one glows red)Overall I am absolutely elated with joy at this mic. Try it for yourself, try it for meetings, someone on your team will say wow, you sound clear! Keep in mind, I have a Logitech Stream cam with the "Dual Mics" and it never achieved this level of clearness, just saying.

  This has got to be one of my favorite purchases since I have started streaming. My voice sounds amazing, the product is very durable and I have had no problems at all since I bought it. Definitely recommend to anyone who is just starting to stream looking for a moderately priced mic.

  Was hesitant to spend this amount on the mic at first but have to say I am quite pleased with the quality of the hardware and the sound quality on the output. Would definitely recommend this.
