      Works for me, but may not suit heavier people

      This chair is just comfortable enough for me. I was just looking for a decently-comfortable adjustable chair as I stand most of the time at my standing desk. I like the firm back rest and arm rests.The bottom half of the chair can be sturdier though. I've had this chair for 3 months, and I'm starting to notice the seat sinking when I sit on it sometimes (I'm ~140 pounds). It sinks especially when I have my feet on the foot rest ring. The foot rest ring also tends to get loose if I put weight on it, so I have to be cautious to not put so much weight on it when getting up (my feet can't touch the floor when the chair is at its max height, so I used to push up from the foot rest to get up, but now I kind of just slide my butt off the seat to so that both my feet can land on the floor without needing the foot rest).

      Tilts forward to much. The other chair I bought did not and it was fine.

      Like easy assembly, the disassembly to add washers to the front bolt to get chair level. I know it is a drafting chair but the tilt was way to much. I fixed it and it is fine now. I bought a chair like this before and it was level and is still working fine.

      not a good fit

      When using the chair I feel like it is trying to pitch me out of it. I see now that many others feel the same. I wanted it to use in my sewing studio. I left off the wheels because I did not need the mobility so much as the height.

      Uncomfortable

      This is a good solid chair. It gets uncomfortable quicklu however. Also if you need to lower the seat all the way down, you'll pinch your fingers on the lever. Something got missed in the design.

      Hard seat compared to some others, and no tilt

      I had to replace my former office chair because it was too low for my desk. The seat of my former chair would only rise to 20" off the floor and this put strain on my back.PROS - easy to assemble, comfortable enough, adjustable foot rest, adjustable arm rests, quality, and the ability to adjust height to my requirement (seat set at 25" off the floor).CONS - No tilt function and seat is not very soft. I almost feel like I'm being pushed forward out of the seat at times. Adjustable arm rests are hard plastic - a little cushioning would be nice.Thankfully I'm tall and even when I have the seat set to 25" my feet rest flat on the floor. When I use the foot rest I seem to be readjusting my sitting position frequently to scoot back into the seat.CONCLUSION - All in all a good product at a fair price. Sitting in my former chair for an hour and my back would begin to ache. Sitting in this new chair for several hours today and NO back pain.
