  (Wear socks over them to prevent them falling off in the night)These kind of detox foot pads DO work, but Not in way the packagings always claim. They claim when you pull the pads off, they're black from the toxins pulled from your body, but that's a lie. The powder inside each pad is black already because of the detoxifying charcoal in them.However, when pulled off, the pads are very soggy and slimy. That's because the ingredients, aided in being sealed in, cause that patch of foot to sweat profusely, which is what pulls toxins out of the body.It's Very important to note, that if you haven't done any type of detox before (or in a long time), to start these pads on a night that isn't crucial you get good sleep. Toxins like to hide in fat and bones, so as you pull the toxins out of hiding (whether through external or internal methods), they often cause considerable discomfort before you feel better.For myself, I'm very underweight, so my toxins all congregate in my bones. The 1st night I used the pads, I woke up in the night with extreme pain in the bones of my legs, as the toxins were being pulled to my feet. I lathered my legs in Magnesium lotion which subsided the pain and was able to fall back asleep. The 2nd night, I put the Mag lotion on before bed so as to prevent the pain. By the 3rd night, I didn't need the lotion anymore because most of the toxins were already gone.After that, as I kept using the pads, I noticed I started sleeping much better; my digestion improved a bit; and I had less headaches.I highly recommend these detox foot patches and other like them.

  Best detox foot pads I've used!

  Best I have used...they keep me asleep and relieve muscle pain and keep ph balance. I swear by them! These ones are wider and have a larger amount of powder, making them more effective. They also stick to my foot better, which means more gunk on my foot when I remove it but I dont mind! I sleep like a baby with these on...all night and no interruptions!

  Im a beleiver

  I give this product 4 stars because the first night my husband and i used them, we removed them and it was like tar on the pad. I decided to use them the night after to prove that it was body heat that just softened the chemicals in it, but got up and there was nothing on the left foot pad, and a very small amount on the right foot pad. I even felt greater then usual the first morning i removed them. Im a beleiver. Thank you.

  Love these !!

  I have purchased similar pads by a different manufacturer in the past and these Pads WORK the same but, the buyer receives double the Pads for a great price. The adhesive works great. The trick with these pads is to cleanse feet prior to applying.

  SCAM! STAY AWAY!

  Wish I had educated myself better before wasting my money on this scam.Foot pads cannot “filter your toxins”. Toxins are filtered through the liver. The only thing these do is make your feet sweat; the blackish stuff you see in the morning is not the “toxins your body expelled” it’s simply sweat mixed with the powder that’s in the pads. If you drop water on one of the pads you’ll realize it does the same exact thing.Just google “are foot pads legit” and read the first 5 or 6 articles about it, from different sources. They will all confirm that there are absolutely ZERO studies showing these pads having any effect whatsoever on the human body. It’s just another “trend” to scam money out of people.
