      Please read the review as I like the product but something was wrong with this shipment

      I have used this product for at least 3 years and have been very satisfied with it. I always like to have an extra jar on hand before I run out. This particular one was a different color than previous jars. It was a flesh/pinkish color as opposed to the white one I have been accustomed to using. I ordered it at the end of August and my return date deadline was the first of October. I did not realize the return date was Oct 1. I didn’t open until on or before the return date expecting the same quality product. I spent several weeks talking with two customer service representatives from Neutrogena. My concern was 1) why was it that color and 2) was it safe to use. On Friday, after speaking to several people, she recommended to throw it away. Yesterday I placed an order with Neutrogena’s online store. Hopefully it won’t be as the fist lot was. The first picture shows the two different lot #’s from Bolo. The second shows the pinkish color. It’s compared to the morning Neutrogena product with the sunscreen that was the exact same color as the previous jars.
