  Does exactly what it's supposed to do.

  I needed it to level an aquarium and stand which weighed 700+ pounds with water, rock, equipment, and sand. I used it to raise one corner of the stand (about 175-200 pounds of weight) and slid a shim into place. I had to use a lot of weight to push down on the jack to raise the stand, but I blame physics for that and not the product. Raising that much weight would have been impossible without this item.Also, other reviewers that are saying that this does not operate like a jack or that there's no leverage to lift heavy objects aren't using it correctly. This item operates exactly like a jack. You put the felt-lined lift plate beneath whatever it is you're lifting, then you turn the center yellow-capped screw until the lift plate makes contact with the underside of the object being lifted, and then you push down on the lever to raise the object. The jack will stay in a locked position if you push the lever all the way down (otherwise you must continue to apply pressure to keep your object lifted).

  Works Perfectl

  I had a desk that had drawers an shelves on top. I had to use a 2x4 as a base but picked it up enough to do what I needed to do. Very easy to use.

  The right tool for an easy solution

  We lived for too long letting our washing machine wobble. So much noise and having to push that huge heavy thing back into place every now and then. I finally stumbled onto this product and within minutes was able to use it to easily adjust the pods at the bottom of the washer. No more wobbling and so easy to fix with the right tool.

  great for things that are close to the floor

  it works great for things that are about 1 1/4 inches or less from the floor. keep in mind the closer it is to 1 1/4 inches from the floor the less leverage you will have. all parts are sturdy and work smoothly like they are suppose to. if you don't have some basic knowledge about how tools work, it could be a little complicated. if you don't keep the packaging or detections with it, one day you may find it in your tool box and say "what is this?"

  Can’t lift a refrigerator

  This thing buckled like a pop can trying to lift the corner of my fridge to adjust the feet.
